Dear Visitors, We
need your help now! Death Row Speaks continues to serve as a premier
place for news and information relating to the issue of Capital
Punishment. This site is also a voice for many prisoners who have been
condemned to die by execution. We provide our services free to any and
all death row inmates. As regular visitors to DRS know the site has
grown far beyond what we could have envisioned in 2001 when the site was
first launched. Death
Row Speaks is a non-profit organization recognized as tax-exempt under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. DRS has no paid
employees; all income is used for maintaining our website, printing,
mailing, telephone calls, and related expenses. Since DRS does not
attempt to influence legislation, all donations to Death Row Speaks are
