When you write to them, you can send up to 5 pages (single spacing with half inch margins) stating why you're innocent. You must also provide some sort of evidence to back up your claim of innocence. Also give them your current status of your case. You must also submit a name and phone number of someone on the outside that is familiar with your case, and that you trust so they can contact them.
