Profile Alex Thomas
I
live in an environment where everything is cold and hard. I'm surrounded
by cold, hard bars and concrete walls. Barbed wire fences and gun towers
rise up from the ground with an eerie coldness that's too harsh to
imagine. I interact daily with cold, hardened guards who feel no
compassion or sympathy for me or what I'm going through. I have
relationships with cold, hardened inmates whose lives have been
tragically retarded by anger, hopelessness and self-destructive behavior
of various kinds. Consequently, the alliances I've formed are not ones
that provide anything I could remotely call genuine, meaningful
or nurturing. But the coldest and hardest part about the life I live is
the lack of female contact, the lack of something soft and warm. All
I can do to maintain my sanity is dream about the soft, warm presence of
a woman in my life. I can only fantasize about the softness and warmth
of a woman’s voice, the scent of her hair, the tenderness of her lips,
the sweetness of her smile and the gentleness
of her
touch. I can only imaging experiencing the soft, warm feel of
anticipation, excitement and joy to have a woman love and care for me,
not just as a deserving human being; but as a "MAN.”
These marvelous blessings are what my heart, mind,
body and spirit have missed and yearned for. Blessings that would surely
enhance my life and cure some of the evil of my intolerable predicament. But
it doesn't have to be like this. I am incarcerated in a prison where
letters are allowed, where photos are allowed, where phone calls are
allowed and where full-contact visits are allowed. With these type of
privileges, the soft, warm connection I speak of can be made. If you are
a woman of any age, race, size or shape;
if you understand my passionate desire to have a woman bless me and my
life with her soft, warm presence,
please write? All
letters will be answered in a timely manner and sending a photo would
certainly be appreciated.
