Welcome to my world,

My world is dark, dreary and bleak. It consists of hours of boredom, days of uncertainty, weeks of stagnation, months of deprivation and years of anguish. My world is littered with unfulfilled plans, broken promises and shattered dreams. Strangled by loneliness, smothered by depression and spit on by grief, my world is a real nightmare. The threat of violence is ever present. Relationships are fake, superficial or worse, hostile.

I wake up each morning, look around, and see bars and concrete walls painted with despair. The bottom line… My world is unbearable, unimaginable and unforgiving. The only thing that keeps me from giving up is “hope”. Hope is my lifeline. It nurtures me, fills me vitality and gives me the will and strength to live and press on. My greatest hope is obviously freedom. But my second hope is to find just one caring, understanding person who will reach out to me to provide a small sense of joy, comfort and normalcy. If you are the person I’m talking about, please write me immediately?
