My name is Charles Chi-tat Ng. Being the only Chinese on California ’s Death Row and unjustly condemned to die, I cannot help but feel like a dolphin in a Tuna net. In a place where prisoners’ morality and humanity are being challenged every day, and where voices of the powerless are often silenced, my artwork records my existence, asserts my identity and connects me with the outside world.

I am looking for friends on the outside who are authentic, insightful, accessible, that will lend a helping hand, bring a smile to my face and solace to my mind.
