Dear Friend,

I am a prisoner on Texas death row. I have been here since May 19999. I am looking for someone to correspond with whom I can trust to share my thoughts and feelings with. Someone who will enter our friendship with an open mind and not judge me, but accept me as a person. It takes a special type of person to cope with my current location and its trial and tribulations.

I am a mature man in his 30's who reads a lot. I enjoy a good laugh. Current politics and Ancient History interests me. History is our best teacher. Psychology is a passion of mine. I enjoy writing on many a topic. Having a friend to write to and receive mail from - is like having a small window to the world. I enjoy all music, the arts and love the outdoors.

I am looking for a friend who is intelligent, mature, compassionate outgoing and has a caring heart. Death row can be a struggle for mental survival. I firmly believe we all need friends in life’s journey. I am a very interesting person with a lot to share, a real zest for life and lots of character. I hope to hear from you soon.
