Hi, my name is JohnDavid Battaglia. I’m a 50 year old man on Texas death row. I’m a white guy, but guess my father is Italian and my mother’s father was a Welshman and her mother was half Irish and half Austrian-Jew, therefore, I may not be considered an Anglo-Saxon by Texas Standards :) or white either as my wife used to say :D, or the law and courts in Texas :(.

I have posted some information on this website that may be interested to read, please follow the links below to read the information.

First is PRO SE ANSWER I filed with the two Texas Courts. The second is a letter I wrote directly to the Dallas District Attorney which I subsequently filed with the courts in my July 24, 2005 notice to the trial Judge Warder as background and since it is directly referenced in the PRO SE ANSWER. These two writings are interested for two reasons; 1.) They articulate the true circumstances regarding my case (not the fabrications of the D.A. or the Dallas legal community) and 2.) After both documents were filed, both U.S. Senator ( Texas ) Kay Baily Hutchinson and Dallas District Attorney, William “Bill” Hill , announced they would not run for elected office in Texas again. Coincidence? But I think people on the web would be very interested to draw their own conclusions.
