spices just right
thick at the base
some of this a little of that
coming together
to keep the tummy from rumbling
put some meat on the bones.

beautiful folks..,

a spoon full of peace
a pinch full of joy
a splash of time
a little trust…
Some folks have come to strengthen
Some to give warmth
While others just being 
always from the pot-of-love.
