Have you ever been accused of doing something you didn´t do? Did anyone ever accused you of stealing 10 dollars when you didn´t? Or maybe saying something which you never said?
Imagine how angry you would feel! How would you feel when they didn´t want to hear your protest?
Just take 5 seconds to think about it. Imagine this: It´s not just 10 dollars that you are accused of stealing. Try to imagine they say you have killed someone. Try to imagine the police is ringing your door bell saying: “We have to arrest you. You are a killer!” How confused you are going to be and how loud you are going to be when you are trying to deny it.

Tony Medina has been on Texas' Death Row for more then 9 years for a crime HE DID NOT COMMIT. The State of Texas, with Harris County leading the way, Tony says, would like you to believe he is guilty. We would like to show you thru FACTS presented on this web-site the thruth. But the evidence from this case show, that the police in Houston, Texas and the D.A.'s office of Harris County knew Tony was not guilty, but used MANUFACTURED TESTIMONY and SUPRESSED EVIDENCE to force a conviction. Many people speak about what men who are sentenced to death must face, both mentally and physically, BUT TONY MEDINA FACES IT EVERY DAY. Tony has spent years trying to explain to his loved ones - especially his sons - why the state wishes to kill him. Like most people they can not understand why Texas would rather MURDER A INNOCENT MAN then admit it made mistake in puting him on death row in the first place.

For those of you reading this site, you need to know that there has been - and will be more - innocent men executed by The State of Texas. The evidence of this had been known for years. For examples look at the cases of : ODELL BARNES JR., SHAKA SANKOFA ( GARY GRAHAM ), or TODD WILLINGHAM whose case was recently reviewed by a jounalism class, which proved that he was innocent of thecrime for which he was executed. In Tony's case the EVIDENCE was HIDDEN and SUPRESSED. Supporters of the death penalty say that those who commit murder, which is the "malicious or premeditated killing of a person" should be executed. Texas law says "anyone who encourages" someone to commit murder is also equally guilty under the law of parties. EVERY LIFE Texas has taken by way of state sanctinoned murder since executions were resamued in December 7, 1982 when Charlie Brooks was put to death has been PREMEDITATED. Every LIFE taken is malicious!
