Those Housed on Dec. 2004 Several PA. SCI – Greene former death row status
inmates that have had their sentence of death over turned and/or vacated
have filed suits to be taken off of death row housing units. For about a year or so now the buzz at SCI – Greene
from the legal beagles (e.g. Jailhouse Lawyers) dubbed “Death Row
Firm” by myself, have been preparing for this moral fight, and the
guns are blazing. One
former death row status inmate still being housed on death row unit has
filed his suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County of
Pennsylvania cited as Ernest Porter Plaintiff vs. Louis S. Folino
Defendant, Case No. 916,2004 by Pro-se Litigant on “04 Nov. – 4, am
10:27 Office of the Prothonotary Greene County Pa.”Reflected by clerk
of court stamp on documents. Petition
is citing “condition of administrative/solitary confinement
unconstitutional”, “There is no legitimate reason for this
institution or the Department of Corrections (abbr. DOC.) to keep him
under these harsh conditions”, “cruel, and unusual punishment”,
“equal protection”, all within a state habeas corpus. After
an interview with two death row firm members and inspection of their
documentation, this reporter has found out DOC. Rely on Administration
Procedures Manual Policy 6.5.8 capital case (see as followed): An inmate
(1) physically committed to the DOC. under a sentence of capital
punishment;
(2) pending sentencing under a jury recommendation for
capital punishment; or (3) whose sentence of capital punishment has
been vacated, but is awaiting re-sentencing where a sentence of capital
punishment may be re-imposed. Et. Seq.
(1) and (2) are legal and binding, however, (3) is not by law or
statute only a add on by DOC. Designed
to keep those inmates on death row rolls while the state tries to appeal
court’s actions, leaving prisoner in a defacto – status in most
cases for years. This
reporter questioned another petitioner “why he personally filed?” he
answered “extreme duress, and oppression while being housed on death
row units!” I further
inquired “what did they think was the true cause or reason of their
(DOC.) actions?” he answered, “money! to inflate death row prison
numbers in order to receive state and federal funding.”
If the Death Row Firm wins this This reporter’s final thoughts: To all my fellow
death row prisoners in the same or similar situation, I declare “Stand
up, Stand up, Stand up for your Rights!”

"Hijab / Muslim's women head scarf"
2-23-2005 Is the hijab a political statement? No, first and
foremost it’s a woman choice to honor God’s (i.e. Allah’s) laws
from, and for Islam’s women’s worshipers. Hijab
Political Statement? For those that are threaten by the head scarf, I would
like to pose a few questions: If the hijab is a political symbol, then
what political statement is every Catholic nun’s position? They
clearly wear a head scarf. By them wearing the head scarf is this a sign
of oppression against women? Where are the protests against the pope,
and /or -IN-TRUTH- This is no more then a western neo-white supremacy understanding on the head scarf issue, deeming it oppressive, and political. From the 1970’s on back the west worn their form of head scarfs as a fashion and/or part of their heritage. This neo-white supremacy system to vilify anything not familiar or not promoted by their society as a whole, e.g. “if we are not pushing it, it’s not to be accepted,” type of philosophy. Historical examples: Christianize the world i.e.
through slavery, and/or colonialism; indigent people other then
themselves where deemed savages blacks, and Indians; and now today all
societies in the world must be secular, and democratic to their liking,
and interest. Please recall In
conclusion When a woman makes a personal choice, and commitment to
honor her God’s laws, and requests of her, she should have the God (i.e.
Allah) given right to do so (see in support) et seq Quar’an
4:59-60,24:31; declaration of independence’s preamble “and to assume
among the powers of the earth the separate, and of nature’s god
entitle them, “next paragraph down” we bold these truths to be self
evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their
creator with certain unalienable rights”; U.S. constitution guarantees
freedom of religion 1amendment; bible I Corinthians 11:5-6,16. Having
cited this, Muslim don’t worship 1 day a week, we worship as a way of
life, by the Qur’an, and the Sunnah which is a manifestation of our
Sharee’ah laws from god (i.e. Allah) to those in mankind who wish to
believe (e.g. there is your freedom of choice), it’s wrong to believe
the western concept one size fits all. For the record there are still
people, and nations who want, and have the right to be ruled by the laws
of God (I.E. Allah), and his only! For those who that don’t agree,
“To you be your way and to us be our way” (i.e. all done in the
spirit of democracy, government form by the people it choice to make).

I beg to differ, all persons born or naturalized in the There,

sentence of death. However, if this person or group of people
would exercise the same exact crime in Are,
continually arbitrary, and capriciously prosecuted with america1s
state death penalties the majority of the time, even when they don't
qualify for the death sentence, they are the majority of america1
s state' s death row, Nevertheless, these disenfranchised u.s.
citizens, are also presently experiencing a clear and distinct u.s.
Constitutional violation (i.e. same above cited example, but
perpetrator, or so called perpetrator perspective), of the [XIV]
amendment
of their "Dual Citizenship Clause," (i.e. u.s. citizen,
and state citizen dilemma), and "No state can deny to any person
equal protection of the laws," (i.e. death penalty states vs. none
death penalty states), this is a real, and substantial conflict, (e.g.
one's u.s. citizenship vs. their state citizenship status), that deems
all state [Death Penalty] unconstitutional!" You mean to
tell me this [GED]-holder- is the only one to figure this out? Using,
the
same example previously cited, if the same person or group cited above
where located in a death penalty state, and wanted to kill, but was
smart enough to do all killings in the none death penalty states to
avoid the death sentence if caught, and preserve the group's recruitment
options or a person's chance of escape or parole to resume
their activities of choice, even life in prison is ok. to them, having
said this the present defacto-state death penalty status being applied
in -Ready
Alternative- The,
federal
death penalty statue is the only constitutionally correct application,
and implementation against its Now,
there
can be no doubt in your mind pursuant to all cited therein these
examples are a matter of fact that no matter where the crime is
committed West Virginia Pennsylvania or anywhere else in the u.s.
state of America where the federal guidelines/statue the death
penalty is warranted, and have no misconception would be enforced
