“The System Protects a murderer, and others, that would oust some of their own!”

Reporting from Pennsylvania ’s tower of London !:

I, Herbert J. Blakeney a.k.a. Luqman was a pro-se defendant (self-representation) in com v. Blakeney No. 1773 CD2000, by reason of ineffective appointment of counsel that wanted to try to represent this person in a legal fiction.  I subsequently lost the jury trial landing me on Pennsylvania death row, in now capital appeal No. 404 cap, at Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Eastern District.  This case is littered with (i.e. false police reports, perjury, obstruction of justice, factual, and physical impossibility of guilt by my person, evidence tampering, misrepresentation of facts, fraudulent conduct, coercion, half truths, torture, mock trial, and etc…), so what is the problem securing a just, and fair review, even though I’m a natural born U.S. citizen of America?  It’s a simple answer with much discussion, “The system is protecting a murderer and others that would oust some of their own!”

-Circumvent justice through capricious and arbitrary-

-Case law, rules, enforcement by courts-

Facts at hand:  this pro-se litigant is a 10^th grade dropout GED holder, plumber, with no legal experience at law.  So why would the courts force such a person to under go such an experience of self representation?  They have things to hide!  The court knows full well a person can not successfully litigate from prison or in jail.  But they forced this person to do so.  So now the truth remains silent and hidden and falsehood survives and flourishes.

After this victim being shot (3) three times he witness the murder of his 14 month old stepson by a Harrisburg Police officer, and physical evidence to back the claim, (see in support of Blakeney, etal., vs. Dauphin County etal. No. 4:04-cv-0791 filed April 12, 2004. 1983/1985 Civil Action, But all they want (i.e. courts) is this victim to do is represent myself, and other plaintiff(s), then court(s) tell this victim I didn’t do or follow a procedure correctly or/and they have immunities to break the laws, and violate these person’s (i.e. Plaintiffs) civil rights, to deny a full, and complete review by courts.  The suit now in appeal still not properly reviewed, in the U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit No. 04-3269 still pending competent representation (i.e. Justice, due process, and equal protection of the laws being systematically denied), furthermore, attached to this 1983 Civil Rights suit is over about (100) one hundred exhibits substantial of this Plaintiff’s claims, yes, I said (100) document(s) in support, so what the real reason?  “Villianize the victim, and keep falsehood alive!”

Furthermore, before this victim of circumstance was forced to represent himself at his criminal trial on or about (10) ten months earlier he filed his first civil suit, Herbert Blakeney vs. Dauphin County Prison etal. Defendants no. 01 CV-2423 as of date is still in the U.S. district court for the middle district of Pennsylvania suit cities (i.e. mock trial on criminal case, coercion, torture, harsh treatment, over medicated, etc…) all cited within along with cert team video tapes of all, part or some of the actions that where shocking to the conscience.  Nevertheless, the court are trying once more to hide evidence through denying full Discovery, I.D. of John Does of higher authority (i.e. Prison Board members, and Dauphin County Board of Commissioners) of responsibility, and accountability, and competent appointment of counsel, reiterating the question…why?  First and foremost factor:  This victims gun shot wounds are vindication and prove without a doubt the physical impossibility of this victims guilt, and physical evidence substantially supporting his claims, that the system wishes to hide at all cost by “any means necessary to carry out their goals of protectionalism of some of their own.”

-Repairing the system-
